Tralokinumab-ldrm
Alternative Names: Adbry
Adbry (tralokinumab) is a biologic medication used to treat moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis when topical therapies are not enough. It works by blocking interleukin-13 (IL-13), a key immune signal that drives the inflammation, itching, and skin barrier dysfunction seen in eczema. By targeting this pathway, Adbry can significantly reduce itching, redness, and flare-ups in many patients. It is given as a subcutaneous injection, typically every two weeks after an initial loading dose. The medication is generally well tolerated, though injection-site reactions and conjunctivitis (eye irritation) can occur.
