not only to providing exceptional service to consumers, but also
to protecting consumers' privacy and complying with applicable
data protection and privacy laws. "Curbside" refers to Curbside
Tech Inc. including all its officers, directors, employees,
agents, successors, assigns, predecessors, group of companies,
affiliates (also referred to collectively as "we", "us", or
"our"). A "Consumer" or "User" is a person who purchases our
products or services, uses or registers into our services,
enters into a sales promotion or a campaign, visits our Website,
or otherwise, interacts with us. "Website" shall include but is
not limited to curbside.bio and other domain names operated by
the Company's affiliates, partners, predecessors, and
successors.
These Privacy Policy Guidelines ("Guidelines") are designed to
help Consumers understand what kind of information we collect
from them (as defined below) in connection with Curbside
products and services, and how we use such information.
Consumers acknowledge and agree that their Personal Data that is

contents of any such third-party services.
Where a consent from a Consumer to the processing of Personal
Data described in the Privacy Policy is required under the
applicable law, such consent will be obtained by appropriate
mechanism such as ticking a box stating Consumer consent,
choosing technical settings for a service or website, or other
statement or conduct clearly indicating the Consumer's
acceptance to the processing, depending on the product, website,
service or application the Consumer is using.

At Curbside, we strive to collect
only the Personal Data we need. We collect
Personal Data typically when a Consumer purchases our products
or services, uses, registers, or logs into our services, enters
into a sales promotion or a campaign, visits our Website, or
otherwise interacts with us. Below are examples of the

editing disease pages, creating and maintaining a user account

and type of personal information we request depends on how you

Any information you submit in reviews, comments, or other public
areas of the Website is voluntarily provided by you, will be
publicly visible, may be shared or indexed by search engines,
and is not subject to HIPAA protections.
Health-Related Content Warning
Curbside.bio is a public platform where users may discuss health conditions and treatments. Content submitted to public areas of the Website may reveal sensitive personal information.

Our Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). identify your mobile device and may be stored in connection with

Curbside automatically records certain log file information,

pages, URLs, number of clicks, your interaction with links on

The purpose of collection of such information is to improve
Curbside and its Website's services and Activities, for its
Users, clients, and customers.
Data Concerning Minors
Curbside does not seek to collect any information from or engage
in any transactions with persons under the legal age in their
respective country. Our databases may nevertheless contain
Personal Data of children since it is not always possible to
determine precisely the age of the User. If we learn that a
minor has provided Curbside with personal information, we will
use reasonable efforts to remove such information from our

Consumers are using or to contact Consumers for customer
satisfaction queries. We may use Consumer Personal Data for
marketing purposes including using Personal Data for
personalized marketing or research purposes in accordance with

Curbside may use Personal Data for profiling/personalization for
such purposes as targeted direct marketing and improvement of
our products or services. We may also create aggregate and store
statistical information based on Consumer Personal Data.
We may also use information to maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our platform, including detecting fraud, abuse, or violations of our policies.
De-identified Data
Curbside may create de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify an individual user. Such information may be used for analytics, research, product improvement, business operations, and other lawful purposes.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United
Kingdom, or Switzerland, Curbside Tech Inc. is the controller of
your personal data. We process personal data on the following
legal bases:

Consumers acknowledge and agree that Curbside may share Consumer
Personal Data with businesses which are legally part of the same
group of companies which Curbside is part of, or that become
part of that group ("Affiliates"). Affiliates may use this
information in order to help improve, provide and understand the
Activities in which Users participate and Affiliates' own
services and activities.
Curbside does not disclose Personal Data to other companies for
marketing purposes without the Consumer's prior consent.
Curbside may transfer Personal Data to authorized third parties
who process Personal Data on behalf of Curbside for the purposes
described in the Privacy Policy. Such parties are not permitted
to use Consumer Personal Data for any other purposes than for
what the Consumer Personal Data was collected, and Curbside
requires them to act consistently with applicable laws and the
Privacy Policy as well as to use appropriate security measures
to protect Consumer Personal Data.
Curbside products and services may be provided using resources
and servers located in various countries around the world.
Personal data may be transferred outside the country where the
Consumer uses our services, including to countries outside the
United States and the European Economic Area (EEA), where the
level of data protection may not be deemed adequate by the
European Commission. In such cases we take steps to ensure that
adequate protection of Consumer Personal Data is provided as
required by applicable laws.
Curbside may disclose and otherwise process Personal Data in
accordance with applicable laws to defend Curbside's legitimate
interests, in civil or criminal proceedings.
The Curbside website relies on a targeted advertising model to
generate revenue and provide complimentary access to its Users.
Curbside will target advertising based on personal information
provided by Users and inferred from Website usage. This may
include gender, age, or geographic data. Curbside does not
provide any personal information to the advertiser when you view
or interact with a targeted advertisement. However, by viewing
or interacting with an advertisement you are consenting to the
possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that
you meet the targeting criteria used to display the
advertisement. We may bundle and share the non-personal
information we collect from you and other Users with
advertisers, third parties, trusted partners and Affiliates so
that they display advertising that better suits the interests of
Users of our Website. We may aggregate your personal
